Pcb assembly boards are very common at present, and almost all electronic products need to use PCB boards!
Pcb assembly circuit boards are widely used in electronics, computers, electrical appliances, mechanical equipment and other industries. It is the support of components connection, mainly used to connect components to provide electrical, the most common and widely used four-layer and six-layer circuit boards. According to the industry application, different degrees of pcb board layers can be selected.
Printed circuit board: also known as PCB or PWB , with insulating board as the substrate, cut into a certain size, with at least one conductive Graphics, and holes (such as component holes, fastening holes, metallized holes, etc.), used to replace the chassis of the electronic components of the previous device, and to achieve interconnection between electronic components. With a corrosive liquid, it is generally possible to corrode a muti quantity circuit boards at a time. The corrosive liquid is generally formed by adding ferric chloride and water. The ferric chloride is a khaki solid and is also easy to absorb the moisture in the air, so it should be sealed and stored.
Pcb assembly board corrosion step:
When the corrosive liquid is configured, the corrosion starts from the edge of the pcb circuit board. When the copper foil that is not covered with the carbon powder is corroded, the circuit board should be taken out in time to avoid the corrosion of the useful circuit after the toner falls off.
After removing the corroded circuit board, it needs to be rinsed with water, and the toner should be polished with fine sandpaper. Then dry it, revealing the shiny copper foil and completing the circuit board production.
Finally, in order to better preserve the PCB assembly circuit board, the polished circuit board is usually coated with a rosin solution, which can both weld and prevent oxidation.
What is the corrosion process of the PCB assembly board:
The corrosive liquid is usually prepared by adding ferric chloride and water. The ferric chloride is a khaki solid and is also easy to absorb the moisture in the air, so it should be sealed and stored. When disposing ferric chloride solution, generally use 40% ferric chloride and 60% water, of course, more ferric chloride, or use warm water (not hot water to prevent paint from falling off) can make the reaction faster. Note that ferric chloride has certain corrosive properties. Try not to touch the skin and clothes. The reaction container is made of cheap plastic pots that can hold the circuit board.
Corrosion of the PCB assembly circuit board from the edge, when the unpainted copper foil is corroded, the circuit board should be taken out in time to prevent the paint from falling off and corroding the useful circuit. At this time, rinse with water, and scrape off the paint with bamboo etc (the paint comes out of the liquid and is easier to remove). If it is not easy to scrape, just wash it with hot water. Then dry it and sand it with sandpaper to reveal a shiny copper foil. A printed circuit board is ready. In order to preserve the results, the polished PCB assembly board is usually coated with a rosin solution to both easy welded and prevent oxidation.
