The placement efficiency of the placement machine is affected by many factors. It is suggested that the pcb manufacturer conduct a comprehensive inspection of the placement machine. Generally speaking, this phenomenon is the cause of the failure of a certain part. Here, the pcb manufacturers should be specially reminded of SMT machine nozzles must be regularly maintained.

1. On the one hand, the suction nozzle of the placement machine vacuum negative pressure is insufficient, and the mechanical valve on the placement head is automatically converted before the nozzle of the placement machine is sucked, and the suction is converted into vacuum absorption, generating a certain negative pressure. After sucking the parts, when the detection value of the negative pressure sensor is within a certain range, the machine is normal, and vice versa.


On the one hand, the air source circuit is relieved, such as rubber tube aging, cracking, seal aging, wear and wear of the nozzle after prolonged usage, etc. The placement machine is on the other hand due to adhesive or dust in the external environment, especially a large amount of waste generated after the cutting of the packaged components causes the nozzle of the placement machine to block


2. The error on the setting of the placement machine program will also reduce the placement efficiency of the placement machine. The solution is that the placement machine manufacturers increase the training of the pcb manufacturers, so that the pcb manufacturers can get started faster.


3.Quality of the electronic components themselves, the nozzles pick up the electronic components, and the pins of the placement machine are not completely mounted in or directly bent or broken. This kind of situation can only control the quality of the purchased components. This will not only affect the efficiency of the placement work and the quality of the products. The nozzles often pick up and mount such components, which will also cause different degrees of damage. Over time, the life of the nozzle will be reduced.
